Article 43 of Disability Law

A person with a disability who is incapable of work shall be entitled to a disability pension in accordance with the conditions and arrangements prescribed by a decision of the Authority. This pension may not be combined with the monthly allowance payable pursuant to Article (29) and the pension payable pursuant to Article (41) of this Law or pursuant to the aforementioned Social Insurance or Military Retirement Pensions and Gratuities Laws. The person with a disability shall be paid the larger of the two pensions.
