English translation
A person with a disability shall be granted a disability card ensuring enjoyment of the services and benefits prescribed in this Law, provided that it specifies the type, degree and duration of the disability, in accordance with the conditions and controls issued by a decision of the Authority.

يمنــح الشــخص ذو الإعاقــة بطاقــة إعاقــة تكفــل لــه التمتــع بالخدمــات والمزايــا المقررة في
هــذا القانــون، على أن تحــدد فيهــا نــوع الإعاقــة ودرجتهــا ومدتهــا، وذلــك طبقــا لــلشروط
