English translation
Rehabilitative and prosthetic tools and devices and individuals' vehicles equipped for use by persons with disabilities shall be exempt from fees and taxes of all kinds. The Government shall also work to provide persons with disabilities with the prosthetic devices they require free of charge, in accordance with the report of the competent technical committee.

تعفى من الرسوم والضرائب بأنواعها الأدوات والأجهزة التأهيلية والتعويضية
ومركبات الأفراد المجهزة لاستخدام الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
كما تعمل الحكومة على تزويد الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بالأجهزة التعويضية اللازمة
