Article 38 of Disability Law

As an exception to the provisions of the aforementioned Civil Service Law and Regulations, a female employee with a disability shall be entitled to special leave with full salary, not counted against her other leave, if she is pregnant and the competent technical committee recommends that her condition requires it. A female employee with a relationship in the government, private and oil sectors shall also be entitled to childbirth leave for seventy days with full salary and maternity care leave following childbirth leave for four months with full salary, followed by six months with half salary, in accordance with the recommendation of the competent technical committee.
