English translation
The social allowance prescribed by law for children shall be increased by 100% of its original value for each child with a disability, and children with disabilities shall be excluded from the number of children specified by law for granting that allowance. Retirement pensions whose recipients are entitled to this increase shall be recalculated on its basis, and no financial differences shall be paid for the period preceding the date this Law takes effect. In all cases, the allowance provided for in this Article shall not be subject to any deductions when the retirement pension is calculated, and persons with disabilities shall retain the aforementioned allowance when shares of the retirement pension are distributed among the beneficiaries.

تزاد العلاوة الاجتماعية المقررة قانونا للأولاد بنسبة ١٠٠% من قيمتها الاصلية عن
كل ولد من الاولاد ذوي الاعاقة، ويستثنى الاولاد ذوو الاعاقة من عدد الاولاد الذي
حدده القانون لمنح تلك العلاوة. وتعاد تسوية المعاشات التقاعدية التي يستحق
اصحابها هذه الزيادة على اساسها، ولا تصرف فروق مالية عن الفترة السابقة على
تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون. وفي جميع الاحوال لا تخضع العلاوة الواردة في هذه المادة
الى اي استقطاعات في حالة تسوية المعاش التقاعدي ويحتفظ ذوو الاعاقة بالعلاوة
