English translation
A family one of whose members is a person with a disability shall be entitled to the real estate loan from the Credit and Savings Bank. The provision of Article 30 of Law No. 47 of 1993 concerning Housing Welfare shall not apply unless the value of the real estate devolving upon him exceeds the value stipulated in that Article plus 50% thereof.

تستحق الأسرة التي يكون أحد أفرادها شخصا ذا إعاقة القرض العقاري من بنك
التسليف والادخار ولا يسري حكم المادة ٣٠ من القانون رقم ٤٧ لسنة ١٩٩٣ في
شأن الرعاية السكنية الا إذا كانت قيمة ما آل اليه من عقار تتجاوز القيمة المنصوص
