Kuwaiti persons with disabilities shall be paid, by the Credit and Savings Bank, a marriage grant equal to that received by their peers without disabilities, even if the wife is non-Kuwaiti, pursuant to an official marriage contract notarized in the State of Kuwait.

تعادل ما يتقاضاه اقرانهم من غير ذوي الاعاقة، ولو كانت الزوجة غير الكويتية
