Article 29 of Disability Law

A monthly allowance shall be paid to a person with a disability until the age of 18 years, the amount of which shall be determined by the Authority on the basis of a report from the competent technical committee according to the type and degree of disability. Its payment shall continue if the person continues university studies until the age of twenty-six. A woman who cares for a person with a severe disability and does not work shall likewise be entitled to a monthly allowance in accordance with the conditions and controls laid down by the Authority. Payment of the monthly allowance shall cease in the event of recovery from the disability, on the basis of a certificate from the competent committee.
