Article 26 of Disability Law

The Authority shall appoint supervisors with social or psychological expertise to supervise the care of persons with disabilities. They shall have the right to obtain from the relevant bodies the information concerning persons entitled to care that is necessary for the performance of their work, to summon those entrusted with care and direct them to their duties, to record incidents occurring in violation of the provisions of this Law, to draw up the necessary reports concerning them, and to refer them to the competent authorities.
