Article 32 of Disability Law

Persons with disabilities and their families who meet the conditions for entitlement to housing welfare shall be entitled to a grant of ten thousand dinars in addition to the value of the housing loan allocated to their peers without disabilities, so that the housing is built in accordance with the special specifications they require, pursuant to the conditions and controls prescribed by a decision of the Authority in agreement with the Credit and Savings Bank. Persons with mild disabilities or their families shall also be granted an amount of five thousand dinars. In all cases, the monthly deduction for the Credit and Savings Bank installment for a person with a disability, in the method of repayment of the loan, shall not exceed 5 of that person's monthly salary, subject to a maximum of fifty dinars per month.
