Persons with disabilities, or their families, who satisfy the conditions for eligibility for housing welfare shall, on the basis of the Technical Committee's report, be granted notional seniority not exceeding five years for housing welfare, according to the type and degree of disability.

يمنح الاشخاص ذوو الاعاقة او ذووهم ممن تنطبق عليهم شروط التمتع بالرعاية
السكنية بناء على تقرير اللجنة الفنية اقدمية اعتبارية لا تتجاوز خمس سنوات للرعاية
