English translation
The Authority shall have a budget annexed to the State budget, prepared by the Director General and approved by the Board of Directors. The Authority's fiscal year shall begin on the first of April of each year and end on the last day of March of the following year. As an exception thereto, the first fiscal year shall begin on the date this Law enters into force and end at the end of March of the following year. The Director General shall prepare the Authority's draft final account in preparation for its submission to the Board of Directors for approval.

يكون للهيئة ميزانية ملحقة بميزانية الدولة يعدها المدير العام ويعتمدها مجلس
الإدارة وتبدأ السنة المالية للهيئة من أول إبريل من كل عام وتنتهي في آخر مارس
من العام التالي، واستثناء من ذلك تبدأ السنة المالية الأولى من تاريخ العمل بهذا
القانون وتنتهي في نهاية مارس من العام التالي، ويعد المدير العام مشروع الحساب
