Article 54 of Disability Law

The Board of Directors shall have competence over the following: 1 - Implementing the general policy of the Authority. 2 - Issuing decisions and regulations concerning the administrative and financial affairs of the Authority. 3 - Considering the periodic reports submitted on the progress of work in the Authority. 4 - Considering all matters falling within the Authority's competence that the Chairman of the Board or any of its members deems appropriate to present. h - Taking such decisions as it deems necessary to achieve the purposes for which the Authority was established.
