English translation
The Authority shall designate those charged (Friends of Persons with Disabilities) with applying the provisions of this Law and the decisions Home Page 880 Law Index Disability Law Law No. 8 of 2010 concerning the Rights of Persons with Disabilities issued in implementation thereof, whether from among its employees or from outside it. The Authority shall issue a decision specifying their competencies and the judicial enforcement powers accorded to them under this Law.
