English translation
The aforementioned Law No. (49) of 1996 and every provision contrary to the provisions of this Law are repealed. All decisions issued in implementation thereof shall remain in force insofar as they do not conflict with the provisions of this Law, pending the issuance of the regulations and decisions necessary for its implementation.

يلغى القانون رقم (٤٩) لسنة ١٩٩٦ المشار إليه وكل حكم يخالف أحكام هذا
القانون. وتبقى كافة القرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له معمولا بها فيما لا يتعارض مع
