Article 14 of Electronic Media Law

Any lease of the license shall be void. It may not be sold or assigned without obtaining prior approval from the Ministry, and the purchaser or assignee must meet the conditions prescribed in this Law for the issuance of the license. The licensee's heirs may, within one year from the date of death, request the transfer of the license to themselves or to another person if the conditions prescribed by law are met.
