English translation
The Executive Regulations shall specify the particulars that the licence must contain and the documents that must accompany applications for licensing, renewal and transfer of ownership. The licensee must notify the Ministry of any change in the particulars relating to the licence of the website or electronic media outlet, the responsible manager, or its personnel within three months from the date the change occurs.

تبين اللائحة التنفيذية البيانات التي يجب أن يتضمنها الترخيص والمستندات التي
يجب أن ترفق بطلبات الترخيص والتجديد ونقل الملكية.
وعلى المرخص له إخطار الوزارة بأي تغيير في البيانات الخاصة بترخيص الموقع،
أو الوسيلة الإعلامية الإلكترونية، أو بالمدير المسؤول، أو العاملين فيه خلال ثلاثة
