Article 18 of Electronic Media Law

Electronic websites and media subject to the provisions of this Law are prohibited from publishing, broadcasting, rebroadcasting, sending, or transmitting any content containing any of the prohibited matters specified in Articles 19, 20, 21 of Law No. 3 of 2006 and Article 11 of Law No. 61 of 2007, both aforementioned. The penalties prescribed in these two Laws shall be imposed in the event of violation of these prohibitions.
