Article 19 of Electronic Media Law

Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding Article, the competent court shall impose on anyone who undertakes any of the activities provided for in this Law without a licence or violates any of the provisions of this Law a fine of not less than five hundred dinars and not more than five thousand dinars. A judgment may be issued permanently blocking the website. The President of the Criminal Circuit may, where necessary and at the request of the Public Prosecution, issue a decision blocking the website or electronic media outlet for a renewable period not exceeding two weeks, during the investigation or trial.
