Article 11 of Electronic Media Law

The Minister shall issue a decision concerning the licence application within thirty days from the date of submission of the application satisfying the conditions prescribed by law. If this period elapses without a decision being issued, the application shall be deemed rejected. The persons concerned may lodge a grievance with the Minister against the rejection decision within a period of 60 sixty days from the date of the rejection decision. If this period elapses without a decision being issued, the grievance shall be deemed rejected.
