If the position of the responsible manager becomes vacant or he ceases to meet one of the conditions required of him, the licensee shall appoint a replacement who meets the same prescribed conditions, within a period of six months. The licensee shall be responsible for the website or electronic media outlet until the replacement is appointed, within the time limit specified in the preceding paragraph.

في حالة خلو منصب المدير المسؤول أو فقده أحد الشروط اللازم توافرها فيه، يجب
على المرخص له تعيين بديل تتوافر فيه ذات الشروط المقررة، وذلك خلال مدة ستة
أشهر.
ويكون المرخص له مسؤولاً عن الموقع أو الوسيلة الإعلامية الإلكترونية إلى حين
