Article 7 of Electronic Media Law

For electronic websites and media outlets belonging to State authorities and institutions, public authorities, any other government entity, registered public benefit associations and their affiliated entities, and syndicates and unions established in accordance with the provisions of the law, it shall suffice to notify the Ministry of the establishment of the website or electronic media outlet and identify the responsible manager within sixty days from the date the Executive Regulations enter into force for existing websites, and sixty days before establishing the website or outlet, as regulated by the Executive Regulations.
