English translation
This Law shall apply to the following electronic websites and media: 1- Electronic publishing houses. - Electronic news agencies. - Electronic press. - News services. h - Electronic commercial media and advertising websites, media, and services. 6- Websites of print newspapers and audiovisual satellite channels. The provisions of this Law shall not apply to a personal electronic domain, website, medium, or account whose user does not possess specialised professional status.

يسري هذا القانون على المواقع والوسائل الإعلامية الإلكترونية الآتية:
۱- دور النشر الإلكتروني.
- وكالات الأنباء الإلكترونية.
- الصحافة الإلكترونية.
- الخدمات الإخبارية.
ه - المواقع والوسائل والخدمات الإعلامية والإعلانية التجارية الإلكترونية.
٦- المواقع الإلكترونية للصحف الورقية والقنوات الفضائية المرئية والمسموعة.
ولا تسري أحكام هذا القانون على النطاق، أو الموقع، أو الوسيلة، أو الحساب
