The inventory shall be conducted in the presence of the Bankruptcy Judge or his delegate for that purpose and the trustee. The debtor shall be notified of the inventory date and may attend. An inventory list shall be drawn up in two copies, signed by the Bankruptcy Judge or his delegate for that purpose and the trustee. One shall be deposited with the Bankruptcy Administration and the other with the trustee. The list shall state the assets on which seals were not placed or from which they were removed. يحصل الجرد بحضور قاضي الإفلاس أو من يندبه لذلك والأمين ويخطر المدين بيوم
الجرد، ويجوز له الحضور، وتحرر قائمة جرد من نسختين يوقعهما قاضي الإفلاس
أو من يندبه لذلك ،والأمين، وتودع إحداهما بإدارة الإفلاس والأخرى لدى الأمين،
وتذكر في القائمة الأموال التي لم توضع عليها الأختام أو التي رفعت عنها ويجوز
