Article 136 of Bankruptcy Law

The bankruptcy judge shall appoint an employee of the Bankruptcy Department to affix seals, within ten days from the date of issuance of the decision opening bankruptcy declaration proceedings, to the debtor’s premises, offices, warehouses, books, papers, and movables. A record of the affixing of seals shall be drawn up and delivered to the bankruptcy judge. If it appears to the bankruptcy judge that the debtor’s assets can be inventoried in one day, he may appoint whomever he considers appropriate to conduct the inventory without the need to affix seals.
