Article 133 of Bankruptcy Law

If a list of debts has not previously been prepared in accordance with the provisions set out in the Part concerning restructuring proceedings, the trustee shall prepare the list of debts and obtain its approval by the Bankruptcy Judge. If a list of debts has previously been prepared, the trustee shall, within ten days from the date on which he is notified of his appointment or from the date of publication of the decision opening bankruptcy declaration proceedings, if he is already appointed, instruct the creditors to submit any final claims not previously submitted within ten days from the date on which they are notified. The trustee may issue this instruction by way of public notice. No claims received after this date shall be taken into account unless this is for a reason accepted by the Bankruptcy Judge. Except as provided in the second paragraph of this Article, the provisions governing preparation of the list of debts stipulated in the Part concerning restructuring proceedings shall apply to preparation of the list of debts pursuant to the first paragraph of this Article and its updating pursuant to the second paragraph.
