Article 132 of Bankruptcy Law

In all cases in which the Bankruptcy Judge issues his decision to commence bankruptcy declaration proceedings, the Bankruptcy Administration shall refer the file of the application to commence proceedings to the Bankruptcy Court within ten days from the date of issuance of the Bankruptcy Judge’s decision to commence bankruptcy declaration proceedings. A report on the procedures taken in respect of the application from its submission until issuance of the decision to commence proceedings shall be deposited in the file, stating the factual and legal grounds for the decision.
