Article 130 of Bankruptcy Law

If the Bankruptcy Judge decides to terminate the restructuring proceedings, he may, upon an application submitted to him by the debtor, the trustee, the supervisory authority, or one of the creditors, decide to open bankruptcy declaration proceedings. The Bankruptcy Department shall, within ten days from the date of issuance of the decision, publish it, give notice of it, disclose it, notify it, and register it in accordance with Article 33 of this Law. The Bankruptcy Judge may limit this to registration of the judgment in the Bankruptcy Register and the Commercial Register. Part Five Declaration of Bankruptcy Chapter One General Provisions
