Article 127 of Bankruptcy Law

1 - Monitor the progress of the plan and notify the Bankruptcy Administration and the Bankruptcy Committee—as applicable—of any failure to implement it. 2 - Ensure that the sale of any of the debtor's assets that are determined to be sold pursuant to the restructuring plan will take place at the best price obtainable under the market conditions prevailing on the date of sale, and that the proceeds of sale will be used in the manner set out in the plan. 3- Submit to the Bankruptcy Administration and the Bankruptcy Committee—as applicable—a report on the progress of implementation of the plan every three months.
