The trustee shall supervise implementation of the restructuring plan throughout the duration of the plan and until its implementation is completed. If the indebtedness is among the debts subject to the Bankruptcy Committee’s supervision, Law Index 1418 Home Page Bankruptcy Law Law No. 71 of 2020 Promulgating the Bankruptcy Law the Committee shall—through coordination with the trustee as specified in the following Article—supervise implementation of the restructuring plan. يتولى الأمين الإشراف على تنفيذ خطة إعادة الهيكلة طيلة مدة الخطة وحتى الانتهاء
من تنفيذها، وإذا كانت المديونية من بين الديون الخاضعة لإشراف لجنة الإفلاس،
تتولى اللجنة - من خلال التنسيق مع الأمين على النحو المبين بالمادة التالية - الإشراف
على تنفيذ خطة إعادة الهيكلة.
