English translation
The trustee may not pay the creditor's share of distributions unless the creditor presents the debt instrument endorsed as verified and admitted. The amounts paid shall be endorsed on the debt instrument. If the creditor is unable to present the debt instrument, the bankruptcy judge may authorize payment of the creditor's debt after verifying its admission. In all cases, the creditor must give a receipt on the distribution list.

لا يجوز للأمين الوفاء بحصة الدائن في التوزيعات إلا إذا قدم سند الدين مؤشراً
عليه بتحقيقه وقبوله، ويؤشر على سند الدين بالمبالغ المدفوعة.
وإذا تعذر على الدائن تقديم سند الدين، جاز لقاضي الإفلاس أن يأذن في دفع دينه
بعد التحقق من قبوله، وفي جميع الأحوال يجب أن يعطى الدائن مخالصة على قائمة
