Article 193 of Bankruptcy Law

The trustee shall notify the Bankruptcy Department and the creditors by providing a copy of the minutes of the meeting referred to in the preceding Article within ten days of the date of the meeting. The bankruptcy estate shall be deemed closed by operation of law after the adjournment of the meeting mentioned in the preceding Article. The trustee shall remain responsible, for three years from the date of closure of the bankruptcy estate, for the books, documents and papers delivered to him by the debtor or belonging to the debtor. He shall also, within ten days of the date of the meeting, announce the closure of the bankruptcy estate and publish and register a statement to that effect. The bankruptcy judge shall decide any grievance submitted concerning the closure of the bankruptcy estate upon an application submitted to him by an interested creditor, within ten days of the date of submission of the grievance.
