English translation
The trustee shall deliver to the debtor any surplus sums upon liquidation after payment of all his debts, and shall return all documents in his custody to the person entitled to receive them after the conclusion of the proceedings and the performance of his duties.

على الأمين تسليم المدين أية مبالغ فائضة عند التصفية بعد الوفاء بجميع ديونه،
وعليه إعادة كافة الوثائق التي في عهدته إلى صاحب الصفة في تسلمها بعد انتهاء
