English translation
If six months elapse without completion of the liquidation or tangible progress therein, the trustee must submit to the bankruptcy judge a report on the status of the liquidation and the reasons for the delay in its completion, Law Index 1433 Home Page Bankruptcy Law Law No. 71 of 2020 Promulgating the Bankruptcy Law and the Bankruptcy Department shall notify the creditors of this report and invite them to meet to discuss it. This procedure shall be repeated whenever six months elapse without the trustee completing the liquidation work.

إذا انقضت ستة أشهر دون إنجاز التصفية، أو تطور ملموس فيها، وجب على الأمين
أن يقدم إلى قاضي الإفلاس تقريراً عن حالة التصفية وأسباب التأخير في إنجازها،
وتخطر إدارة الإفلاس الدائنين بهذا التقرير وتدعوهم للاجتماع لمناقشته، ويتكرر
هذا الإجراء كلما انقضت ستة أشهر دون أن ينجز الأمين أعمال التصفية.Ask about this article
