Article 86 of Bankruptcy Law

The preventive settlement proposal ratified by the Bankruptcy Judge shall be effective against all creditors covered by it, including creditors who rejected the proposal and those who did not attend the meeting for voting on the proposal. The Bankruptcy Administration shall carry out announcement, publication, notification, disclosure and registration in accordance with Article 33 of this Law for every decision issued to ratify the preventive settlement proposal, reject the proposal, suspend ratification, terminate proceedings, commence restructuring proceedings or declare bankruptcy, within ten days from the date of issuance of the decision. The Bankruptcy Judge may limit this to registration of the decision in the Bankruptcy Register and the Commercial Register. Third Subdivision Implementation of the Preventive Settlement Proposal
