Article 94 of Bankruptcy Law

If the Bankruptcy Judge decides to terminate preventive settlement proceedings, he may, upon an application Law Index 1410 Home Page Bankruptcy Law Law No. 71 of 2020 promulgating the Bankruptcy Law submitted to him by the debt, the supervisory authority, or creditors entitled to submit an application to open proceedings in accordance with this Law, decide to open restructuring proceedings or bankruptcy declaration proceedings. The Bankruptcy Department shall, within ten days from the date of issuance of the decision, publish it, serve it, disclose it, give notification of it and register it in accordance with Article 33 of this Law. The Bankruptcy Judge may confine this to recording the decision in the Bankruptcy Register and the Commercial Register.
