Article 95 of Bankruptcy Law

Dispositions made by the debtor after issuance of the decision ratifying the preventive settlement proposal shall be effective against the creditors. They may not seek to have them declared ineffective except in accordance with the rules prescribed for an action for the ineffectiveness of dispositions. Such action shall not be heard after two years have elapsed from the date of termination of the proceedings. In all cases, no disposition made by the debtor in implementation of the ratified preventive settlement proposal may be challenged.
