1 - The Council existing when this Law enters into force shall continue to exercise its powers prescribed in this Law until its term expires or it is dissolved. Law Index 274 Home Page Municipality Law Law No. 33 of 2016 concerning Kuwait Municipality 2 - The regulations and decisions in force before this Law enters into force shall continue to apply until they are repealed, amended or replaced by others in accordance with the provisions of this Law, within six months from the date of issuance of the Executive Regulation.

١ - يبقى المجلس القائم عند نفاذ هذا القانون مستمراً في القيام باختصاصاته
المقررة في هذا القانون حتى انتهاء مدته أو حله.
2 - يستمر العمل باللوائح والقرارات السارية قبل نفاذ هذا القانون إلى أن تلغى
أو تعدل أو يستبدل غيرها بها وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون وذلك خلال ستة أشهر
