Article 35 of Social Insurance Law

The injured person shall be treated at the Institution's expense within the country or abroad; treatment in the latter case shall be by decision of the Medical Committee. Treatment shall continue until the injured person recovers or his disability is established, and the Institution shall have the right to monitor him during treatment. The conditions and arrangements for medical treatment shall be specified by a decision of the Minister. The injured person may receive treatment in a higher class than that determined by the Institution, provided that he bears the difference in costs, or the employer bears it if there is an agreement to that effect. The employer may also, after obtaining the Institution's approval, treat the injured person and provide him with medical care if it has a hospital designated for treating its workers.
