Article 138 of Commercial Code

The buyer may not dispose of the thing sold before paying all the instalments in full unless the seller agrees to this in writing. Any disposition made by the buyer in favour of a third party in breach of this provision shall not be effective against the seller if it is established that the third party knew, at the time of the disposition, that the price had not been paid in full.
