Article 153 of Commercial Code

1 - The seller shall pack the goods and load them aboard the vessel designated by the buyer. This shall be on the date or within the period concerned for shipment. 2 - The seller shall bear the costs of packing and the expenses of inspection, measurement, weighing or counting necessary for shipping the goods. - The seller shall notify the buyer without delay of the shipment of the goods and send the buyer the documents evidencing this, provided that the buyer bears the expenses of notification and sending the documents.
