English translation
A travelling commercial representative may not collect payment for goods he has not sold, or reduce or defer any part of their prices. He may only accept third parties' orders in the name of the person he represents and take the measures necessary to preserve the rights of the person he represents.

لا يجوز للممثل التجاري المتجول أن يقبض بدل السلع التي لم يقم ببيعها أو أن
يخفض أو يؤجل شيئًا من أثمانها، وإنما له أن يقبل باسم من يمثله طلبات الغير وأن
