English translation
The commercial representative shall carry out the commercial acts entrusted to him in the name of the merchant who authorized him. When signing, he shall place beside his full name the full name of that merchant, indicating his capacity as a commercial representative; otherwise, he shall be personally liable for the act he has performed. This, third parties may have direct recourse against the merchant as a result of the representative's and notwithstanding transactions relating to the type of commerce he is authorized to undertake.
