1 - If the limits of the authority conferred on the commercial representative are not specified, the authority shall be deemed general, encompassing all transactions relating to the type of trade that the representative has been authorized to conduct. 2 - The trader may not invoke a limitation of the authority against third parties unless he proves that the third party knew of that limitation.

1 - إذا لم تعين حدود التفويض المخول للممثل التجاري، اعتبر التفويض عامًا شاملاً
لجميع المعاملات المتعلقة بنوع التجارة التي فوض الممثل في إجرائها.
٢ - ولا يجوز للتاجر أن يحتج على الغير بتحديد التفويض ما لم يثبت علم الغير بهذا
