English translation
1- The merchant shall be liable for the transactions carried out and contracts concluded by his representative within the limits of the authority conferred upon him by the merchant. -2 - If the representative is authorized by several merchants, they shall be jointly and severally liable. - If the representative is authorized by a company, the company shall be liable for his acts, and the partners' liability shall arise according to the type of company.

۱ - يكون التاجر مسؤولاً عما قام به ممثلـه مـن معاملات ومــا أجــراه مــن عـقـود،
وذلك في حدود التفويض المخول له من قبل التاجر.
