1 - The commission agent shall not be liable for performance of the obligations incumbent upon the person contracting with him, unless he expressly assumes such liability, or it is required by the custom of the locality in which he conducts his activity. 2 - A guaranteeing commission agent shall be entitled to special remuneration. ١ - لا يكون الوكيل بالعمولة مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ الالتزامات المترتبة على المتعاقد
معه، إلا إذا تحمل هذه المسؤولية صراحةً ، أو كانت ممـا يقضي بـه عـرف الجهـة
التي يباشر فيها نشاطه.
