1 - The commission agent is directly liable to the third party with whom he contracted, and that third party is likewise directly liable to the commission agent. 2 - The third party has no recourse against the principal, nor does the principal have recourse against the third party by a direct action, unless the law provides otherwise.

١ - يلتزم الوكيل بالعمولة مباشرةً تجاه الغير الذي تعاقد معه، كما يلتزم هـذا الـغـير
مباشرة قبل الوكيل بالعمولة.
٢ - وليس للغير الرجوع على الموكل، ولا للموكل الرجوع على الغير بدعوى مباشرة،
