1 - A commission agent may not disclose the principal's name unless the principal authorizes him to do so. 2 - A commission agent is not obliged to disclose to the principal the name of the third party with whom he contracted unless the transaction is on deferred terms. In that case, if he refuses to disclose the third party's name, the principal may treat the transaction as immediately payable.

١ - لا يجوز للوكيل بالعمولة أن يصرح باسم الموكل إلا إذا أذنه في ذلك.
٢ - ولا يلتزم الوكيل بالعمولة الإفضاء إلى الموكل باسم الغير الذي تعاقد معه
