English translation
A merchant may authorize some of his employees to sell by retail or wholesale in his store. Those employees may—where collection of the price is not assigned to a cashier—collect inside the store the prices of the things they have sold upon delivery. Receipts they issue in the merchant's name for what they have sold shall constitute evidence against him. They may not demand the price outside the store unless authorized in writing by the merchant to exercise that right.

للتاجر أن يخول بعض مستخدميه البيع بالتجزئة أو بالجملة في مخزنه، ولهؤلاء
المستخدمين أن يقبضوا - عندما لا يكون قبض الثمن منوطًا بأمين صندوق - في
داخل المخزن أثمان الأشياء التي باعوها حين تسليمها، وتكون الإيصالات التي
يعطونها باسم التاجر مقابل ما باعوه حجة عليه، وليس لهم أن يطالبوا بالثمن
