English translation
If the broker's remuneration is not determined by law or agreement, it shall be determined according to custom. If there is no custom, the judge shall assess it according to the effort expended and time spent by the broker in performing the work entrusted to him.

إذا لم يعين أجر السمسار في القانون أو في الاتفاق، عين وفقا لما يقضي بـه الـعـرف،
